Paul Bermingham MBA
CEO
Paul has over 30 years of experience from all angles of insurance, having worked for insurers, TPAs and Technology & Service providers he always focused on process and technology improvement within the industry. He believes that with the right focus and technology, modernisation can be quick, even where legacy technology prevails. He is a founding Director of Advent Insurance Management and also heads up the Ecliptic. Talk to Paul if you want to modernise and improve the insurance experience.
Paul Argent
Director
Paul has over 30 years of experience in insurance managing claim portfolios across multiple lines of business. Paul was the founder of claims consulting firm Argent Business Solutions in 2010 providing services around best practices, independent peer review, TPA and Coverholder auditing and then cofounder of Advent in 2015. Paul played an integral part in the design of the Advantage claims platform used in the Libra DA service and other products Ecliptic is bringing to market over the next few months.
Tom McArthur
Head of Product Management
After initially studying Business in Hospitality abroad in Australia, Tom returned to the UK to begin his career in claims. Tom now heads a team of Product Managers across Ecliptic's product portfolio. He is passionate about meeting people in the industry and optimising our products to continually improve the Market and individual job roles. George McCarthy
Head of Technology
With a background as an intern for a London Broker and tester for a Market systems provider, George now takes a leading role in architecting and overseeing the development of our key products. With a special interest in automation and artificial intelligence, George is on a mission to simplify the often complicated Market processes for our clients.
Barry Milchem
Chairman
Barry is a qualified Accountant and Programme Director with over 40 years extensive experience in the insurance and financial services arena. With first-hand experience of delivering Operational restructuring; Change Management; Financial Management; Risk & Governance Frameworks; alongside Commercial, Bid and M&A management within the London Insurance Market.
