GEMINI Technician 


GEMINI Overview 


GEMINI provides an integrated Lloyd’s Market system for Insures to instruct and pay Expert companies. The appointed Expert companies can use the system to raise invoices which are processed by ECLIPTIC on a Lloyd’s Market system. These invoices are then paid by ECLIPTIC directly to the Expert company. ECLIPTIC manage and support the entire payment process.  


Role Summary 


The Technician role will be tasked to support the GEMINI Team Leader – with processing. This will include processing fee reserves and invoices along with dealing with daily queries being raised to our helpdesk.  


Key Duties and Responsibilities 


  • Support the Helpdesk and deal with the fee reserve and invoice queries 

  • Review, approve and upload fee reserves for individual expert appointments  

  • Review, approve and upload invoices for individual expert appointments  

  • Reviewing Insurance placement slips and creating the Syndicate participation with the system 

  • Support internal and external sessions 


Skills, Capabilities and Experience Required 


  • ECF Experience – Preferred but not needed 

  • Proactive  

  • Ability to manage priorities and risk 

  • Process-driven  

  • Self-starter  

  • IT skills – Word, Excel, Powerpoint and knowledge of IT Systems 

  • Excellent telephone and personable skills 

  • Team Player  

  • Attention to detail
