Payment Technician

GEMINI Overview 


GEMINI provides an integrated Lloyd’s Market system for Insures to instruct and pay Expert companies. The appointed Expert companies can use the system to raise invoices which are processed by ECLIPTIC on a Lloyd’s Market system. These invoices are then paid by ECLIPTIC directly to the Expert company. ECLIPTIC manage and support the entire payment process.  

Role Summary 


The Payment Technician role will be tasked to support the GEMINI payments team to ensure all payments are made on a daily basis and within our Market Service Level Agreement.  


Key Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Match payments from Money In to Money Out 

  • Make payments on behalf of Insurers for the GEMINI team 

  • Daily/Monthly/Quarterly reconciliation tasks ensuring all monies that has been received has left the GEMINI account 

Skills, Capabilities and Experience Required 

  • Proactive  

  • Ability to manage priorities and risk 

  • Process-driven  

  • Self-starter  

  • IT skills – Word, Excel, Powerpoint and knowledge of IT Systems 

  • Excellent telephone and personable skills 

  • Team Player  

  • Attention to detail 

  • Proven organisational skills
