GEMINI Overview 


GEMINI provides an integrated Lloyd’s Market system for Insures to instruct and pay Expert companies. The appointed Expert companies can use the system to raise invoices which are processed by ECLIPTIC on a Lloyd’s Market system. These invoices are then paid by ECLIPTIC directly to the Expert company. ECLIPTIC manage and support the entire payment process.  


Role Summary 


The Team Leader will lead and actively participate in the processing of new fee reserves and invoices onto a Lloyd’s Market system (ECF) for the GEMINI Service Team. This will involve delegating tasks to an offshore team and one delegate.  


Key Duties and Responsibilities 


  • Delegating tasks and supporting the management of an offshore team based in India 

  • Manage an onshore team of one 

  • Review and agree on fee reserves for individual expert appointments  

  • Review and agree on invoices for individual expert appointments  

  • Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to your line manager 

  • Ensure that all fee reserves and invoices are within Market SLA and contract  

  • Support and lead internal and external sessions
