Paul has over 35 years of experience across a diverse set of Insurance disciplines. His vision is to transform the way the Insurance Value Chain collaborates.

He leads Ecliptic's mission to improve the Value Chain experience for everyone and deploys a laser focus on process and technology modernisation.

Paul is recognised as an industry thought leader, who challenges traditional approaches and thinking.

Director

Paul brings an extensive wealth of experience, spanning 30 years in Insurance. He has expert knowledge in managing claim portfolios across various lines of business.

Paul is a prominent figure in the industry, having founded several Insurtech businesses. Paul also consults on best practices, independent peer reviews, TPA, and Coverholder auditing.

Paul contributes subject matter expertise to the development of Ecliptics InsurTech solutions.

George McCarthy

Head of Technology

George heads up Technology offerings and security for Ecliptic’s Insurtech solutions.

His background includes both technology development and client-side experience. This gives him a unique perspective on the challenges in the market, and how to solve them.

He has been involved in every stage of the development cycle of all Ecliptic’s products since the beginning. George oversees and works on the development of unique solutions to complex problems in the London Market.
